Griffhin, whats up? How is life?
Yoo! I’m good but a little tired. I’m just back from a skate trip to Marseille with Volcom. Had some good times, met some new friends, bumped into some old ones, really amazing times!
For the people that don't know you, tell them about yourself!
Well I’m a videographer/photographer in skateboarding and try to do some events also, you know gotta build up little by little, but most of my time you see my painting houses because this is my main job, for 6 years I’m running my own business trying to save up some money for my future. Have to say the last year is the painting job more part time because of all the filming I try to do (also when you think about filming, it’s not only filming, it’s also editing, design, etc you know the deal :p)
Tell us about your weirdest project request?
I have to admit some friends of mine are joking about a porn movie but in general I’m the weird guy so I don’t find anything weird. If it is weird for somebody it can be awesome for me.
Best video/movie/clip you've ever shot?
Have to give this to Jonathan Vlerick, he did a fakie full cap flip in Brussels. MASSIVE!!
Who's your biggest collabo?
Definitely James James, yes you read that right! He’s an Australian skate filmer with an epic style! Quentin Tarantino cuz he’s the goat in movie making for me.
What does skating mean to you?
For me personally it’s the vibes and bringing the people together, cracking some jokes, getting some clips, drinking some beers and partying all night!!
If you had to choose between skating or filming, what would it be?
Easy filming haha because I don’t skate that much anymore, sometimes you have to listen to your body and have to think about tomorrow. Also when you get older you think too much on the board about failing and you can’t have this in skateboarding it do or die.
Take us to your biggest dream! What does it look like?
Get the hell out of Belgium! I want to explore, meeting new people, finding new chapters in life.

Do what you want to do! Don’t think too much just let it come to you.If you fail learn from it. if you really interested in something, try to find some peers that you look up to and try to learn from them, DON’T COPY, LEARN AND MAKE IT YOU! Ps: crack open a beer, cheers!
